How to celebrate 190^th birth anniversary in style

Many fans and honorary guests, including the Czech Ambassador to Vienna and the Mayor of the Zlín region, attended a garden party to celebrate the 190^th anniversary of Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach’s which took place on September 13, 2020, in the beautiful gardens of the Zdislavice Chateau and the nearby park which is part of the CNT Memorial to Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach site.

Martin Krčma, Chairman of the CNT Supervisory Board, spoke about the substantial progress CNT made in terms of restoring the 5-acre park surrounding the memorial, the building itself and the restoration and transformation of the 19^th century glasshouse into a volunteer and visitors centre. He also stressed CNT’s gratitude to the Zdislavice Chateau owner and to the Avast Foundation for all their help and continuous support.

Organisers of this wonderful garden party event were: Meeting Brno, CNT, Zdislavice Chateau, Troubky-Zdislavice, Czech Center Vienna, German Cultural Association of the Brno Region and Austrian Cultural Center.
